The "Zapad" tower of the "Federation" complex is one of the tallest buildings in Moscow. The skyscraper is 242 meters high and has 62 floors.

Modern skyscrapers use multi-level elevator safety systems: automatic braking mechanisms, speed limiters, and backup control systems. Under normal operation, even in the event of a power loss, the cabin should switch to a safe mode and stop.

High-rise complexes like "Moscow City" are equipped with high-speed elevators designed for intensive use and transporting a large number of people. Any malfunctions in such systems require additional equipment inspection and analysis of the causes of the emergency.
