Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko approved a "roadmap" that will simplify access for digital services and credit organizations to information from the FCS, FNS, and Rosreestr. The plan was prepared by the Ministry of Digital Development and the Big Data Association, which includes Sber, Yandex, VTB, Avito, and other major players.
The first direction concerns cars imported into the EAEU. Through the API, companies will be able to receive information on customs clearance, including VIN code, body and chassis numbers. This will require refining the information systems of customs authorities.
The FNS must provide credit organizations with access to copies of constituent documents of legal entities — only with their consent and through a digital profile. It will also be determined what information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRYUL) and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) is needed for verification and onboarding of clients.
Rosreestr will expand data on real estate objects: services may include the cadastral number of the block, the number of floors in the building, the year of commissioning, and other characteristics. All three initiatives are planned to be implemented in 2026–2027. However, the "roadmap" does not provide for additional access to citizens' personal data.
