Warnings issued to 14 fuel companies at once: FAS checked gasoline and diesel prices

The Federal Antimonopoly Service issued warnings to 14 participants in the fuel market after checking prices for gasoline and diesel fuel. Companies from Kirov, Udmurt, Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod regions and Krasnodar Krai came under FAS control.

Regional FAS departments continue to monitor the situation with pricing for automotive fuel.

The Kirov UFAS sent warnings to several companies due to price changes at gas stations under the "Dvizhenie" brand. In the Saratov region, two organizations received warnings after an increase in gasoline prices at "Feniks" and "Zaliv" gas stations.

In the Krasnodar Krai, measures affected six companies whose fuel is sold at "Ufimneft", "Atan" and "Stepnaya" stations.

The Nizhny Novgorod UFAS issued a warning to an individual entrepreneur who sells fuel at gas stations under the "ESCO" and "Gazpromneft" brands.

All companies must comply with FAS requirements by July 31.

Earlier, on July 10, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that oil companies maintain prices at their gas stations at a level no higher than inflation. Some resellers use the situation in the fuel market for additional earnings, the government emphasized.
