"Aeroflot" launched a chatbot in "Max" for purchasing and booking air tickets. In the first stage, it can be used to arrange flights between Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Additional baggage purchase is also available in the dialogue. Passengers can book a place for pet transportation and re-issue an already purchased ticket.
In addition, the bot informs about important events related to the trip. With the user's consent, it will also send information about airline promotions and loyalty programs.
There is no information yet on expanding the list of destinations. Currently, the functionality is limited to flights between the two capitals.
