The first digital family office has appeared in Russia. The project was launched by Sber. Questions from finance to inheritance are proposed to be managed in one service, without switching between different applications and documents.
According to the company, the system can be used to resolve issues related to property management, finance and capital, inheritance, asset protection, business, and daily organizational tasks.
The user can perform some operations independently, and in complex cases, specialized professionals are involved.
GigaChat is integrated into the platform. It is needed to formulate requests and suggest possible solutions, Sber emphasized.
At the same time, data access is controlled by the account owner – they decide which family members or trusted persons can view the information.
Initially, Sber Private Banking clients will be able to use it. Later, access is planned to be extended to other categories of premium clients.
Family offices with digital tools for wealth management and inheritance also exist in other international banks, including in the USA and Switzerland. However, the Russian credit organization has included not only financial but also household, legal, and family tasks in the service.
