The Ruselprom company announced the launch of a new line of general-purpose 7AVER electric motors, designed to replace outdated series and improve the energy efficiency of industrial equipment. The new development is aimed at enterprises that are modernizing drive systems and seeking to reduce operating costs.
The 7AVER series is positioned as the next generation of electric motors, replacing the AIR, 5A, and 6A models. The design takes into account the requirements of current energy efficiency standards IE1, IE2, and for some sizes — IE3, as well as operation as part of systems with variable frequency drives.
It is separately noted that the motors are included in the register of Russian industrial products, which confirms their local production and allows them to be used in government procurement and industrial support programs.
The company states that the 7AVER design is aimed at reducing the main types of losses in an electric motor. Changes in the magnetic core reduce magnetic losses, redesigned windings reduce electrical losses in copper, and an updated cooling system reduces mechanical losses.
The declared energy efficiency level reaches up to 91.2%, which, according to the manufacturer, ensures more economical operation of equipment in industrial conditions.
