Belarusian Automobile Plant (OAO BELAZ) is negotiating with the Indonesian authorities to increase supplies of BELAZ dump trucks. This was stated by the company's CEO, Sergey Lesin, on the sidelines of a business forum in Jakarta.
We have been working in Indonesia since 2012. During this time, we have supplied about eighty machines. This year, we have already delivered 5 dump trucks with a carrying capacity of 130 tons.
OAO BELAZ also provides spare parts for dump trucks operated in the Asian country, Lesin added.
According to him, Indonesia is the largest market for mining equipment. It accounts for almost 25% of the total global sales of dump trucks.
We offer optimal equipment ownership costs. Undoubtedly, we are not inferior to competitors in quality.
The Belarusian plant supplies medium and heavy-duty dump trucks to Indonesia, including BELAZ-7555, BELAZ-75131, BELAZ-75473. The machines are adapted to difficult climatic conditions. They are operated in the deposits of Kalimantan Island (Borneo). Large deposits of coal, gold, and precious stones are located here.
