Without a foreign card, but with euros: MTS launched transfers to Serbia with cash pickup

You can log in to the service with the number of any Russian operator

MTS has launched transfers to Serbia with cash pickup. Now a Russian citizen can send money to themselves or a loved one via the "My MTS" application, and then collect euros at a bank exchange office on site.

The service is primarily intended for travelers who find it difficult to pay with Russian cards abroad. To make a transfer, you need to open the "Money" section, select Serbia, specify the amount, currency, and recipient's details.

Money is debited in rubles and converted into euros. The transfer can be paid with a Russian bank card or from the MTS subscriber's personal account, and the maximum amount per transaction is up to 800 thousand rubles.

Cash can be received at the branch that the user selects in the application. MTS promises that the money will be available in approximately 10 minutes.

You can log in to "My MTS" with the number of any Russian operator – being an MTS subscriber is not mandatory for this.
