The new "Nakidka" protective complex allows reducing the visibility of T-90M "Proryv" tanks in the radar range by 10 times. This was announced by the press service of the Kalashnikov Concern.
The "Nakidka" complex consists of elements based on radio-absorbing material, which are attached to the hull and turret of the tank.
The complex, in the form of covers, is mounted on the tank and provides a 10-fold reduction in its visibility in the radar range, and a 2-3-fold reduction in the IR range.
"Nakidka" is also designed for most serial BMP-3M infantry fighting vehicles and BMD-4M airborne combat vehicles.
Recall that new serial T-90M "Proryv" tanks began to be built at Uralvagonzavod immediately with an Arena-M active protection kit against drones.
