Crimea Develops Sea-Based Kamikaze Drone Mother Ship

The boat's speed characteristics are on par with foreign counterparts

Specialists from the Fevzi Yakubov Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University (KIPU) have developed a project for an unmanned sea-based aerial mother ship. Associate Professor Ervin Umerov spoke about the project details.

According to him, the boat's speed characteristics are on par with any known counterparts. Its power is sufficient for rapid position changes and suppression of the enemy.

The idea is that the unmanned boat has a compartment that opens upon reaching its destination. Drones fly out of it and then act according to their assigned tasks.
