Russian servicemen have developed a mini-version of the heavy hexacopter R-18, known by the nickname "Baba Yaga". Its main task was covert mining of the near rear.
The military assembled two versions of the mini-hexacopter. The first can carry about 3 kg of payload, the second - up to 6 kg.
The platform provides various mounting options - for 82 mm caliber mines, grenade launcher rounds, and even a special nozzle for evacuating lost drones. Despite its compact size, the drone can travel up to 15 km.
One of the most common attack UAVs in service with the Russian army remains the "Geran". Recently, the internal components of the drones became known - components from the USA, Japan, South Korea, China, and other countries were noticed there.
