Rostselmash started production of the most powerful forage harvester RSM F 2750

The machine with a 770 hp engine showed high performance during tests in the country's regions

Serial production of the RSM F 2750 forage harvester has started in Russia, making it the most powerful representative of this class of machinery among domestic developments. The first batch of ten machines has already been sent to agricultural producers. The production of the new model was organized by Rostselmash.

Before the start of serial production, the combine underwent pilot industrial operation in farms in Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Krasnodar Krai, as well as Bryansk and Oryol regions. Based on the test results, the machine confirmed its declared characteristics and readiness for operation in various agro-climatic conditions.

The RSM F 2750 is equipped with a 770 horsepower engine. This power unit allows the machine to achieve a productivity of up to 280 tons of forage mass per hour. Seasonal output can reach up to 30 thousand tons, making the model one of the most productive in its segment.

One of the key features of the new product is the modernized post-grinding system. The diameter of the rollers has been increased to 250 millimeters, and the speed difference in their rotation reaches 40%. Thanks to this, the quality of grain crushing reaches 99.9%, which is especially important when harvesting feed for livestock complexes.

Market interest in the new model was so high that the entire volume of RSM F 2750 production planned for 2026 has already been distributed among customers. In this regard, the enterprise is expanding its production program and preparing for a further increase in production volumes.
