Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant (OAO "MZKT") presented the Neman-420432 school bus at the international exhibition "BELAGRO-2026" in Minsk. The spacious vehicle on an MZKT chassis is designed for the safe transportation of children, the press service of the Belarusian enterprise reported.
The interior is designed for 28 seating places for children and 2 places for accompanying persons. Children's seats are equipped with four-point seat belts, adult seats with three-point belts with backrest adjustment.
Characteristics of the Neman-420432 bus:
- Four-stroke diesel engine with a volume of 3.92 liters
- Six-speed manual transmission
- Engine power – 186 hp
- Speed electronically limited to 60 km/h due to safety requirements
Inside the cabin, there are "Stop Request" buttons on each row of seats. The bus is also equipped with a device that blocks movement when the doors are open.
Comfortable temperature in the cabin is maintained by two convectors, two heaters, and air conditioning. For the convenience of young passengers, both doors are equipped with retractable steps. Additionally, the Neman-420432 can be equipped with a Wi-Fi hotspot, a video surveillance system, a parking radar, and a tachograph.
