Specialists from the Tula company "Oktava DM" (Rostec's technological partner) have developed an intelligent audio badge AB-400 for recording and analyzing the speech of employees of enterprises and organizations. It was showcased at the CIPR-2026 conference in Nizhny Novgorod, the state corporation's press service reported.
The developers position their product as a means to improve service quality in various fields, including retail, air travel, and tourism.
The AB-400 is capable of converting audio recordings into text and identifying keywords, which simplifies speech analytics and resolving disputed situations with clients.
AB-400 characteristics:
- Autonomous recording of conversations lasting up to 18 hours
- Built-in memory of 32 GB
- User identification by RFID key (electronic identifier)
- Display for showing employee's full name
The development by "Oktava DM" has attracted potential customers. The AB-400 has already been implemented by a number of retail chains.
