High-speed hydrofoil vessel "Voskhod" to connect 5 cities in Yaroslavl Oblast

Project 352 motor ship will operate on the Volga River

The high-speed hydrofoil vessel "Voskhod" (carrier "VodokhodЪ") will launch on the Yaroslavl-Tutayev-Rybinsk-Myshkin-Uglich route starting May 25. This was announced by the press service of the Yaroslavl Oblast government.

The opening of a new route is an important step in improving transport infrastructure, providing an additional way to travel between cities.

The "Voskhod" motor ship will depart daily from the Yaroslavl river station at 8:50 AM. The travel time from the regional center to Uglich will be 5 hours and 15 minutes.

Since May 1, "Moskva" motor ships, "Moskovsky-7" and MO-513 vessels have been launched in Yaroslavl Oblast. On May 9, "Meteor" began operating on the Yaroslavl-Breytovo route.

High-speed vessel "Voskhod"

The developer of Project 352 is the Alekseyev Central Design Bureau for Hydrofoil Vessels. High-speed vessels were built at the "More" shipyard in Feodosia. "Voskhods" have been in operation since 1973.
