The fishing vessel "Kolguev" (KSP01 project), which is being built at the "Krasnoye Sormovo" plant in Nizhny Novgorod, will be launched in June 2026. This was reported by an informed source.
Currently, workers are performing the final painting of the hull. Then they will proceed with the installation of the launching device.
The crab catcher-processor "Kolguev" was laid down in May 2020. This is the third vessel of the KSP01 project.
It is designed for catching Kamchatka crab at depths from 20 to 400 m. On board there is a line for processing and vacuum packaging seafood.
At the end of 2025, the second vessel of the KSP01 project - "Kildin" was handed over to the customer. The lead crab catcher of this project - "Vaigach" was put into operation in 2024.
