With mounts for machine guns and ammunition: production of military KamAZ vehicles increased to 3,800 units per year

Kogogin boasted about the high cross-country capability of the "Linza" ambulance

KamAZ has increased the production of military vehicles from 70 to 3.8 thousand units per year. This was stated by the plant's CEO, Sergey Kogogin, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In a short period of time, we developed more than 20 models, completely diverse.
Sergey Kogogin, CEO of PAO "KAMAZ"

According to Kogogin, the increase in production is due to the enormous motivation of the company's employees. Reliable vehicles are rolling off the assembly line, which "do not explode under artillery fire, are protected from shrapnel."

But what would I highlight? The "Linza" vehicle, it's an ambulance. Very good cross-country capability.
Sergey Kogogin, CEO of PAO "KAMAZ"

The CEO of the enterprise added that special forces soldiers were involved in the development of new models of army vehicles. Engineers took into account the recommendations of military personnel. Thus, the military line received an armored platform, mounts for mortars, machine guns, and ammunition.

Our serial "Mustang" vehicles have also been converted to armored cabins, because today a fuel tanker is subjected to attacks.
Sergey Kogogin, CEO of PAO "KAMAZ"
