The universal "Filin-I" drone detector is one of the best devices for detecting UAVs operating on non-standard frequencies. This was stated by an official representative of the developer company Special'nyi tekhnologicheskii tsentr (STTs) on the sidelines of the Defence Services Asia (DSA) arms exhibition in Malaysia.
According to him, "the device detects practically all drones."
Our device differs from all the others in that its operating range is continuous: if the enemy shifts the frequency away from the standard, the "Filin-I" detects it.
At the same time, inexpensive analogues become ineffective when the frequency is shifted, the STTs representative added.
When an enemy drone approaches, the "Filin-I" emits a signal (the hooting of an eagle owl). The bird's call helps conceal the presence of military personnel, he concluded.
