The Kalashnikov Group will for the first time present the Kub-2E guided loitering munition to customers from Southeast Asia at the Defense Services Asia 2026 international exhibition in Malaysia. As TASS was told in the press service of the group, the munition has proven itself as a universal means of destruction. According to the manufacturer's statistics, the Kub-2E thermobaric warhead has proven to be a reliable weapon for destroying manpower and effectively hitting armored vehicles.
Along with the Kub-2E, the group will demonstrate the Kub-E guided munition, the RUS-PE portable reconnaissance and strike system, and the Skat-350M multifunctional complex with a civilian drone.
The press service noted that the high performance of the Kub family of loitering munitions and the reconnaissance drone has been confirmed by the experience of their active use. The design and software of the Skat-350M are continuously being improved based on data received from military personnel from the line of combat contact.
