The market for smart speakers continues to grow in Russia — and almost the entire top is again taken by domestic brands.
According to M.Video, in 2025, Russians bought about 5.5 million devices for a total of about 48 billion rubles. The average price of one speaker is about 8.7 thousand rubles, which makes such gadgets a mass product, not a niche technology.
The main players are Yandex, VK and Sber. Moreover, it is Yandex that confidently dominates: its devices occupy most of the positions in the sales rankings.
Users take speakers not only for the sake of music. More and more often it is the control center of the house:
- smart device management
- voice assistants
- movies and series
- reminders and services
In fact, the speaker turns into a "remote control" for the entire digital life.
The top sellers are compact and affordable models like Station Lite 2, Mini 3 and Midi. And the revenue is dominated by more advanced devices with advanced features, including smart home support.
According to market representatives, the trend is obvious: smart speakers are gradually becoming a basic element of a modern apartment — like a TV or Wi-Fi router once was.
