The scientific and production enterprise "Etalon" (part of RT-Tekhpriemka of Rostec) presented the flagship import-substituting temperature calibrators KS 1200-2 at the "Promtekhexpo" forum.
Dry-block calibrators are designed for verification and adjustment of temperature measuring instruments in the range from +100 to +1200 °С, "First Technical" was told in the press service of RT-Tekhpriemka. The equipment compares current indicators with a reference platinum resistance thermometer of increased accuracy, which significantly reduces measurement error. Externally, the device is a monoblock with a thermal tower, control system and measuring modules. A touch screen is provided for ease of operation.
In addition to the novelty, the stand presented portable microprocessor meters ITPM2 for operational temperature control in production conditions, as well as metrological equipment for verification of contact and non-contact measuring instruments - emitters in the form of models of an absolutely black body ACHT 75/50/600 and a low-inertia tubular furnace MTP 1200.
