Russians abroad will not have to rack their brains on how to get to "Gosuslugi". The solution turned out to be simpler than it seems - and has been working for a long time.
First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy Anton Gorelkin said that access can be obtained by purchasing a Russian IP address from commercial services. In fact, the user is "transferred" to the digital space of the Russian Federation and calmly enters the necessary services, even while abroad.
According to him, the technology is already available and does not require any complex solutions - everything works without unnecessary settings.
In parallel, a larger-scale idea is also being developed - the "Rodina" map project. It is planned to integrate "Gosuslugi" services into it so that Russians can use them outside the country without additional tricks.
At the same time, it was decided to abandon the idea of a state VPN. The reason is simple: such a service would quickly fall under blocking in a number of countries. Instead, the authorities are betting on the development of existing solutions.
The main goal is to ensure that Russians abroad can use familiar digital services without any problems and do not lose contact with Russian services.
