Giant crane with a 20-meter boom and a lifting capacity of 8 tons released by the "Smarteco" plant

The new product works on pure mechanics without a single microcircuit

The special equipment plant "Smarteco" in Nizhny Novgorod has begun production of a new crane-manipulator unit FG 816. It is capable of lifting 8 tons at a reach of 2.8 meters and maintains a lifting capacity of 530 kg at a maximum reach of 20.3 meters - this is 7% more than the previous model. Thanks to the reinforced structure, hexagonal boom section and increased outrigger span, the crane can solve tasks that previously required heavier equipment.

The slewing unit has been modernized: the torque has increased by 15%, the bearing capacity of the bearing - by 2.5%. The hydraulics allow you to work without overheating, the winch speed has doubled, and a second line for attachments has appeared. The remote hydraulic tank improves weight distribution and unloads the front axle.

There is no electronics in the control - only mechanics, which guarantees maintainability in the field. A remote control is optionally available. If the electronics fail, work will continue from the main post on the column, providing full visual control over the load.
