Military Pilot Declares Total Superiority of Su-35S over F-16I Sufa

Russian fighter is armed with longer-range R-37M missiles

The Russian Su-35S "4++" generation combat aircraft has complete superiority over the F-16I Sufa due to its longer-range missiles. This was stated by combat pilot Alexei Voevoda.

He drew attention to a recent photo of the F-16I Sufa, on the wingtip pylons of which were installed AIM-120 AMRAAM CATM training missiles to reduce vibration and increase the fighter's stability in flight.

In fact, it would be food for the Su-35SE with R-37M and R-77M.

It should be noted that the advantage of the Su-35S over the F-16I Sufa also lies in the use of the powerful Irbis radar system, which allows detecting and attacking the enemy beyond the range of his retaliatory strike.

The Su-35S can already launch the R-37M missile, which flies to a distance of up to 300–400 km. The R-77M missiles with a range of up to 190 km also outperform the main American AIM-120C/D, which are on the F-16 and hit a maximum of 160–180 km.

Earlier, the Su-35 was shown in a photo with a full combat load in "beast mode".
