The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) has commented on information regarding the blocking of the Telegram messenger.
The agency has nothing to add to the previously published information.
The media previously wrote that the regulator had decided on the timing of the messenger's blocking due to repeated violations of Russian law. This may happen in April.
