The latest LADA e-Largus spotted at a site in Tolyatti - the electric car is being prepared for sale

The model is positioned as the first Russian electric car with a deeply localized battery

A production-spec LADA e-Largus was photographed: it was captured at a distribution site in Tolyatti by an RCI News correspondent. The electric wagon, which has still not officially gone on open sale, was valued at 3 million rubles with the state support program taken into account.

Small-scale production of the e-Largus began at the LADA Izhevsk plant back in September 2024. In January 2026, a batch of 33 electric vans was handed over to Mosgortrans — they serve surface transport infrastructure. However, the model has still not reached open sale.

The LADA e-Largus is positioned as the first Russian electric car with a deeply localized battery. It is equipped with a 163 hp electric motor and a 61 kWh lithium-ion battery, with a range of up to 420 km.

The exterior of the electric car received original alloy wheels, "e" badges, and decorative trim pieces. Inside, there is a digital instrument panel, a rotary transmission control selector, an 8-inch multimedia system with Yandex, and signature trim for the steering wheel and seats.

Notably, as early as April 2026, sales of another domestic electric car — Atom — will begin. Its price with state support will be the same 3 million rubles. Earlier it was reported that the electric car confirmed operability at −42°C and completed winter tests in Surgut before entering series production.
