Specialists from the Tula plant "Octava" (part of Rostec) have developed the "Garuda" active noise cancellation headset. The product is designed to amplify quiet sounds and protect hearing organs from sudden noise. This was reported in the corporation's press service.
The "Garuda" headset can be used in civil and military spheres. A prototype of the product has already been submitted for testing.
