In Makiivka, they will implement the concept of a smart mine with maximum automation of extraction and the use of artificial intelligence. This was announced by Aleksandr Klimenko, a shareholder of the industrial group "Rodina".
According to him, this refers to a virtually unmanned mining operation, where heavy work is fully robotized. The smart mine project will be completed in the coming months.
Of course, this is an ideal site to implement this smart mine concept. We are speaking of it as a concept — something we will attempt to create. The task is to obtain coal within a year and a half to two years.
The investor expects to receive state support measures. The Gornyak-95 mine was chosen for the project implementation.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that in Moscow they developed a 30-ton robot for the mining industry.
