Kalashnikov to Increase Production of Combat Small Arms Several Times Over

The main increase in production will concern AK-12K assault rifles and Chukavin sniper rifles

The Kalashnikov concern is significantly increasing the production of combat small arms. Production volumes will increase compared to 2025, the company's press service noted.

The main increase concerns products that are most in demand among the military. Among them are the shortened AK-12K assault rifle in 5.45 mm caliber, the Chukavin sniper rifle (SVC) in 7.62 mm caliber, and other key models.

The order for the standard AK-12 assault rifle, the main individual small arms of Russian soldiers, remains at a consistently high level, the concern added.

The concern entered 2026 with full confidence in its capabilities, having received even more orders than ever before. We assure you that all the tasks set before us will be completed thanks to the expansion and improvement of production facilities and a highly professional team of specialists.
