Rosel presented the electronic initiator "Medusa" for security systems that cannot be hacked

The Rosel holding (part of Rostec) has developed the Medusa multi-purpose electronic initiator to create an extensive security system at protected facilities. The holding noted that the device has high accuracy, is ultra-reliable and is virtually impossible to hack.

The initiator was created by the Bashkir Production Association "Progress" (part of the Avtomatika concern of the holding). Now "Medusa" is undergoing pilot tests, which are planned to be completed in the near future.

According to the developers, the device is fully built on a domestic element base and features flexible sensitivity settings, which expands the application scenarios. It is used in security systems that respond to changes in the magnetic field, movement of objects or shock loads on supporting structures.

The principle of operation of "Medusa" is simple: the user programs the algorithm for the functioning of the device, and when the specified parameters are exceeded, the sensors transmit a signal to the initiator. This allows you to activate blocking devices or turn on a sound notification of penetration.

The peculiarity of "Medusa" is a one-time calibration to the needs of the customer, which excludes the possibility of unauthorized changes to the settings and makes the system extremely secure.
