До 80 тыс. в год: КМЗ вышел на полный цикл производства редукторных шестерней для КамАЗов

Новые комплектующие завода отличаются пониженной шумностью и высокой точностью зацепления

The Kama Mechanical Plant (KMZ) has completed the transition to a full cycle of manufacturing gears for the rear, middle, and front axle gearboxes used in KAMAZ trucks. The project was implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Fund (IDF) and the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Thanks to the new equipment, the company has moved from partial machining to a closed production cycle, including heat treatment, gear milling, and final finishing.

According to the plant's management, the introduction of modern gear-cutting equipment has made it possible to achieve increased accuracy of the tooth profile geometry and reduce the noise level during the operation of parts. All components are made from domestic raw materials and are fully localized.

The production capacity of the line is designed to produce up to 80 thousand gears per year — this volume is sufficient to cover approximately 50% of the needs of PJSC "KAMAZ".

Special attention is paid to the production of driving and driven gears for heavy trucks with a gross weight of over 16 tons.
