The revolutionary Soviet-Russian T-95 tank project did not go into mass production due to financial reasons. This was reported by retired Captain 1st Rank, military expert Vasily Dandykin.
According to him, the "money issue" disrupted the implementation of many technical developments of the late USSR.
The T-95 did not go into series production at the time because the 1990s were difficult times. The army was surviving, and we had many different models of equipment from the late Soviet period that also could not be launched into series production.
Dandykin added that later, regarding the T-95, it was considered that the promising T-14 "Armata" project would ultimately be cheaper and more effective.
Earlier, detailed shots of the uninhabited turret of the T-95 tank project with a 152-mm gun appeared online. In addition to the main gun, the combat vehicle could receive a 7.62-mm machine gun and an active protection system.
