Members of the Russian Student Teams movement (RSO) will for the first time work in the production of AvtoVAZ in Togliatti in January. This was reported in the press service of the organization.
Mikhail Kiselev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the RSO, said that members of student teams had previously worked at USC and KamAZ enterprises. Increasing the number of partner companies helps prepare them to perform real tasks in production. By gaining experience, they become a full-fledged talent pool.
The internship starts on January 12. More than 80 students from the Samara Region, the Republic of Karelia, KhMAO and the Kemerovo Region will go to Togliatti.
Students will work as:
- welders on press welding machines
- fitters of mechanical assembly works
- painters
The launch of this project will give a round of development, both for student teams of the Samara Region, and for teams of the Volga Federal District as a whole
The headquarters and main production facilities of the concern are located in Togliatti. Cars under the Lada brand are produced here.
