Shenzhen Minghuaxin acquired 5% of shares in Rustakt

Chinese drone component supplier Shenzhen Minghuaxin has purchased a 5% stake in the Russian company Rustakt, according to the Financial Times.

It should be emphasized that Rustakt and Shenzhen Minghuaxin have not officially announced the deal.

According to preliminary data, entrepreneur Wang Dinghua from Shenzhen became a minority owner of the company.

The domestic firm is known for producing VT-40 FPV drones. Shenzhen Minghuaxin supplies lithium-ion batteries, electric motors, and controllers for UAV production.

According to data from open sources, the VT-40 FPV drone configuration allows it to operate at a distance of 7 to 10 km with various types of ammunition weighing 1.3-3 kg.
