The Kalashnikov concern continues to work on strengthening the protection of the Quasimasta unmanned system against electronic warfare suppression. This was announced at the Dubai Airshow 2025 by Leonid Rokeah, Director for Export of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Loitering Munitions of the concern.
According to the developer, the modernization is aimed at increasing the drone's resistance to electromagnetic interference and improving the quality of data transmission in conditions of active operation of electronic warfare equipment.
The concern notes that the new version of "Quasimasta" is being created taking into account real combat experience and threat analysis. Engineers are paying special attention to updating the hardware and software complex, improving the security of communication channels and increasing the overall resource of the platform. These changes will expand the range of tasks that the drone will be able to perform in conditions of high-density electronic warfare impact.
The new stage of modernization should increase the efficiency and reliability of the drone in the most difficult conditions.
