The heavy hexacopter "Mangas" has begun to be tested by the Russian military. This was reported by military correspondent Chingiz Dambiev.
"Mangas" have already made more than 230 successful combat sorties. Soon we will demonstrate that the modernized "Kuryer" and "Mangas" hexacopters will significantly facilitate logistics.
"Mangas" is a large drone of the "Baba Yaga" type. UAVs are used to deliver ammunition, cargo, and medicines. It can accommodate several anti-tank mines.
The hexacopter can operate in kamikaze mode and in the mode of dropping ammunition, bombs, and mines.
Earlier www1.ru reported that heavy drones "Zvezda" and "Solntse" of their own design by the Russian military showed on the Web.
