Volzhsky Automobile Plant (AvtoVAZ) has published a video of tests of the new Lada Azimut prototype car at the factory test track in Togliatti.
The inclined track with a unique profile was built in the 70s with the participation of Italian engineers from FIAT and was used for a long time to test production models.
In recent years, the track has been used only occasionally, but to test the capabilities of the "Azimut", the engineers again turned to this legendary route. During the tests, specialists evaluated the handling, stability and dynamics of the car at various angles of inclination, and also checked the operation of the suspension and braking system.
