In October 2025, 1,425 new buses were sold in Russia, which is 17% less compared to the same period last year. However, compared to September 2025, bus sales increased by 45%. This is reported by Avtostat.
The Russian manufacturer PAZ became the leader in the bus market, selling 513 buses. Another Russian brand, LiAZ, came in second with 182 units sold, and the Chinese company Yutong came in third with 146 buses sold.
The top five also included Russian brands NefAZ and KamAZ with 116 and 101 buses, respectively. In the model ranking, two PAZ models took the lead: PAZ 3204 (267 units sold) and PAZ 3205 (222 units sold). The most popular models in October also included LiAZ 5292 (172 units), NefAZ 5299 (116 units), and MAZ 203 (94 units).
Since the beginning of the year, 8,400 new buses have been sold in Russia, which is 46% less than in January-October last year.
