Российский рынок сельхозтехники упал на 26,5% за девять месяцев 2025 года

Combine harvesters and tractors lead in terms of supply reduction

Sales of domestic agricultural machinery in Russia fell sharply in the first nine months of 2025 — shipments to the domestic market amounted to 114.3 billion rubles, which is 26.5% less than a year earlier. This was reported by the Russian Association of Special Machinery Manufacturers (Rosspetsmash), whose data is published by Vedomosti.

The supply of combine harvesters fell the most — almost by half, to 1570 units. Sales of grain cleaning machines fell by 39%, tractors — by 37%. The only exception was machines for applying fertilizers, shipments of which increased by 39% to 270 units. The production of plows remained almost unchanged — 1880 units (+0.4%).

According to Rosspetsmash, the market is constrained by the same factors as a year ago: the high key rate of the Central Bank, the low profitability of farmers and insufficient funding of state programs. These conditions do not allow enterprises to return production and sales volumes even to the level of 2024, which was already considered the most difficult for the industry.

The association calls on the authorities to increase state support. In particular, it is proposed to secure annual funding for the "program 1432" in the amount of at least 20 billion rubles until 2035 and increase the amount of the subsidized discount on equipment. Rosspetsmash also proposes to resume the "program 1269", which previously helped export Russian agricultural machinery. At the same time, according to experts, only domestic manufacturers should have access to benefits and subsidies.
