Первый белорусский карьерный экскаватор BELAZ BX20012 доставили в Хакасию

The 214-ton machine passed acceptance tests

The first Belarusian mining excavator BELAZ BX20012 is ready to work at a coal mine in Khakassia.

BELAZ BX20012

The BELAZ BX20012 excavator weighs 214 tons and is equipped with a diesel engine with a power of 1150 hp (858 kW). The 12 cubic meter bucket is designed for working with rocky soils, and the breakout and crowding forces are 770 and 810 kN, respectively.

The crawler undercarriage with low ground pressure ensures high maneuverability in difficult areas of quarries. The machine is designed to work with both loosened and unloosened rocks, guaranteeing stable performance.

To deliver the excavator to Siberia, it was disassembled into large modules, the weight of the heaviest of which exceeded 20 tons. All parts were transported on eight railway platforms.

BELAZ BX20012 is designed for operation in harsh climatic and geological conditions typical of Siberian coal mines. The use of the machine will reduce dependence on imported equipment and increase production efficiency.
