The Eastern Mining Company (VGK) presented the first mining dump truck in Russia, painted in pink, at the Solntsevsky coal mine.
The machine has become a symbol of the "Girls Rule" project, which demonstrates the capabilities of women in working professions.
According to Anna Demeshkina, Deputy General Director of the mining company for personnel, the decision to paint the dump truck in pink for work at the Solntsevsky coal mine has symbolic meaning. This is part of a project whose goal is to show that in the mining industry, women can hold any position and build a successful career, including rising to the level of a company manager, starting, for example, with driving a pink dump truck.
The dump truck underwent painting, which took several days and required more than 50 liters of special paint resistant to quarry conditions. The machine is ready for operation and will soon return to performing its usual tasks on a par with other dump trucks.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a two-door GAZ-69 from 1964 was presented at the UAZ factory museum.
