In November, an updated version of the Lada Vesta with a 1.8-liter engine producing 145 horsepower will appear on the Russian market. It is named Vesta Sport. The engine will be paired exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission. The manufacturer promises improved dynamic characteristics of the car.
Obviously, the Vesta Sport will be the most expensive model in the Vesta lineup. Currently, the Vesta Sportline, which AvtoVAZ positions as an "emotion generator," is equipped with a 1.6-liter engine producing 118 hp and a 5-speed manual transmission.
Considering current discounts, the price for the Vesta Sportline starts from 2.123 million rubles. It can be expected that the new Vesta Sport will cost significantly more. Insiders suggest that the price may reach up to 2.7 million rubles.
