«Вжух» вслед за Сбером: Т-банк запустил бесконтактные платежи через iPhone для своих клиентов

The new service can work even without an internet connection

T-Bank announced the launch of a new T-Pay service for iPhone users. It allows you to quickly and securely make contactless payments without using plastic cards.

The T-Pay service is available for smartphone owners with iOS 16 and above, as well as with an updated version of the T-Bank application (7.19 and above). After the update, users simply select the "Pay with iPhone" option in the application and bring the device to the terminal to complete the transaction.

Payment via T-Pay is made using Bluetooth Low Energy technology and is compatible with Sber's "Vzhuh" service. Users can withdraw funds from any selected account, as well as receive cashback up to 30% from bank partners and up to 15% in certain product categories.

One of the significant advantages of T-Pay is the ability to make payments without an internet connection. The service will work even in poor connection conditions, for example, in stores located on the basement floors of buildings. The payment process will take only a few seconds and will not require downloading a mobile application.

The T-Pay infrastructure is built on cooperation between several banks, including Sber, Alfa-Bank and T-Bank. Currently, the service operates on Sber terminals, and by the end of September it will be available on biometric terminals of this bank.

By mid-2026, T-Pay will also be integrated into the terminals of T-Bank and Alfa-Bank, which will provide almost complete coverage of payment acceptance points. Thus, T-Pay opens up new horizons for the convenience and security of purchases, making the payment process faster and more accessible for iPhone users.
