The Russian military received an upgraded version of the Geran strike drone; footage of the new product appeared online.
According to preliminary data, the Gerans are equipped with a radio control system and cameras. The new modification can be controlled online, hit targets even in motion, and conduct reconnaissance.
In the photos on the Web, you can see antennas on the edges of the wings. Their exact purpose is unknown, but, apparently, we are talking about radio control.
Earlier, components from the German company Bosch were found in the new Geran-3 jet kamikaze drones. Attention was drawn to the drone's fuel pump, manufactured by a company from Germany.
Meanwhile, the production of Geran kamikaze drones in Russia is successfully developing. Production volumes are currently estimated at 3,000 units per month.
