According to IFRS, the Sollers Group recorded a net loss of 1.2 billion rubles in the first half of 2025, compared to a profit of 1.6 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue decreased by 42.2% to 25.5 billion rubles from 44.1 billion rubles in 2024.
The decline is due to weak demand in the Russian market, a reduction in dealer inventories, and optimization of working capital. EBITDA and operating profit amounted to 1.4 billion and 0.05 billion rubles, respectively.
Despite this, Sollers continues to invest in new projects. In the first half of the year, the company launched the production of SF1 compact vans, SF5 light commercial vehicles with automatic transmissions, and ST8 pickups with suspension similar to Toyota models. Localization of stamped body parts and the production of three new mechanical transmissions also began.
According to Avtostat, sales of Sollers cars in Russia for the first six months of 2025 amounted to 4386 units, which is 20% less than in the same period of 2024.
