The private Russian aerospace holding SR Space has been declared bankrupt by a decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court. This follows from the data in the court records.
To recognize the debtor as bankrupt and to initiate bankruptcy proceedings.
The General Director of SR Space, Oleg Mansurov, stated that the holding would challenge this decision. He emphasized that the company did not have the opportunity to state its position. At the same time, he is unaware of the "reasons and motives for such a hasty consideration" of the case.
Mansurov assured that obligations to partners and counterparties would be fulfilled. SR Space continues to operate, he summarized.
SR Space develops suborbital and orbital launch vehicles of super-light and light classes, small spacecraft and satellite constellations. The company was founded in 2020, and in the summer of 2024 it entered the Moscow Exchange.
In July 2025, the Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court, demanding that SR Space be declared bankrupt. The holding's management promised to pay off the debt in the near future.
