Rosel holding, which is part of Rostec, has launched serial production of a line of Russian special adhesives with high electrical and thermal conductivity. Previously, adhesives were purchased only abroad, the state corporation said in a press release.
Special adhesive is used in the creation of microassemblies and complex blocks of radio-electronic equipment for protected laptops, radars, and chassis control systems. Unlike welding and soldering, the adhesive does not require high temperature for adhesion. That is why microcircuits are protected from deformation.
The material has a density of at least 3.6 g/cm³, it adheres well to the surface, without forming voids. The adhesive can be operated at extreme temperatures from -60°C to +175°C.
Protected electronics are devices designed to operate under high mechanical loads, high and low temperatures, humidity, dust, vibration and electromagnetic interference. It is implemented in military, space, industrial and medical equipment.
