Редкую ГАЗ-21 «Волга» 1959 года с пробегом 5000 км выставили на продажу в Ставропольском крае

Car in museum condition is sold at the price of a new Lada Iskra

A unique example of the Soviet automotive industry has been put up for sale in the village of Dobrovolnoye, Stavropol Krai — a GAZ-21 "Volga" sedan from 1959. The car has only traveled 5,000 km, has not changed owners for 66 years, and is in almost factory condition, making it a real rare find for collectors.

Judging by the photos, the car has not been restored: the chrome, paintwork and interior elements have been preserved in their original form. The car is fully complete and in running condition.

The modification belongs to the first generation of GAZ-21, produced from 1956 to 1970.

Under the hood is a 2.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 75 hp, aggregated with a 3-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. The car is painted in blue and has an original vehicle title.

The seller estimates the car at an amount comparable to the cost of a new Lada Iskra in the basic configuration with air conditioning. It is specified that the car is in running condition.

The unique technical and external condition makes this GAZ-21 not only a collectible value, but also a "time capsule" demonstrating the preserved aesthetics and engineering solutions of the late 1950s.
