The Arbitration Court of the Primorsky Territory has ruled to return the pier and berths in Vladivostok to the structures of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, recognizing the lease agreements for the facilities concluded in 2000 and 2022 as invalid.
The court fully satisfied the requirements of the Prosecutor General's Office. The lawsuit was filed against a number of defendants, including FGKU "1976 OMIS", LLC "Niko-Oil DV", LLC "Svat Ko", the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Primorye. The Ministry of Defense, the Office of Rosreestr for the Primorsky Territory, and military unit 62665 acted as third parties.
The Prosecutor General's Office demanded that LLC "Niko-Oil DV" be obliged to return the berthing wall at Cape Arthur, the berthing wall and pier in Bolshoy Ulysses Bay to the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Defense.
The prosecutors also insisted on the return of the pier in Bolshoy Ulysses Bay from "Svat Ko" to the military. The structures were leased under agreements of 2000 and 2022, which the supervisory authority demanded to be declared invalid. The court previously granted the Prosecutor General's Office's request to prohibit registration actions with the facilities.
The Pacific Fleet is based in Bolshoy Ulysses Bay. There are various ships located there, including the frigate "Marshal Shaposhnikov", large anti-submarine ships of Project 1155 "Admiral Tributs", "Admiral Vinogradov", "Admiral Panteleev", as well as corvettes "Sovershenny" and "Gromky".
