Relaunched "Rocketbank" Releases Mobile App: Will It Take Off This Time?

"Rocketbank," which was closed in 2021, has launched a new website and mobile applications for Android and Huawei

"Rocketbank," which positioned itself as a bank for the "youth audience" and closed in 2021, has relaunched, released applications for Android and Huawei (Harmony OS), and launched a new website where you can already order a card. The applications can currently only be downloaded from the bank's website; it is not available in official app stores. The iOS app is promised to be released "asap" (ASAP - from English, as soon as possible).

Full use of the bank's products requires the purchase of a "Rocket Pass," but there is a trial period until the end of the year, free for all users, then a trial mode is activated for another 90 days. According to the authors of the relaunch, "We will not compete with banks on who is cheaper," and "Rocket Pass" is access to what makes Rocket Rocket.

Cashback is promised without categories, 1.5% on everything, with the possibility of increasing it to 7% for "Rockets" - the bank's internal currency. You can get them for completing tasks in the application, inviting friends to become bank clients, for storing funds in the account, and in other ways.

The bank has been relaunched under Sovcombank's license, which means that users' funds will be protected by one of the banks in the top ten in the Russian Federation.
